ZHANNA NEMTSOVA

ZHANNA NEMTSOVA, the daughter of slain Russian politician boris nemtsov, was awarded with Poland’s solidarity prize 2015.

ZHANNA received the award for championing democracy and human rights.

She received 1.1 million US $ human rights prize as a recognition.

AMALENDU KRISHANA

MATHEMATICIAN DOCTOR AMALENDU KRISHNA won the ramanujan prize for year 2015.

He was bestowed with this award for outstanding contributions in the area of algebraic cycle, algebraic K THEORY and the theory of motives.

Currently he is a mathematician professor at the TATA INSTITUTE OF FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH (TIFR) MUMBAI

Ashwin

Indian off spinner ravichandran Ashwin was presented the arjuna award, which was conferred on him last year, by the sport minister sarbananda sonowal.

Ashwin was not present during the award ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhawan on AUGUST 29 2014 as he was a part of the india ODI team, which was touring ENGLAND at that time

GOA TOURISM MINISTER Mr PARULEKAR received the pacific area travel writers associations safari india south asia travel award 2015.

He is the first tourism minister of GOA to receive this prestigious award.
