One of the foremost south Indian classical vocalists, Sanjay has been selected for the “SANGITA KALANIDHI” award 2015. It will be bestowed upon him when he will preside over 89th annual conference of the academy which will be held between Dec 15, 2015 and Jan 1, 2016

Eminent scientise and bharat ratna awedee C N RAO was conferred with japan’s highest civilian award the order of the rising sun , gold and silver star.

He was presented with the award by Japanese ambassador to India, Takeshi Yagi for his outstanding contribution to science and indo-japan science cooperation.
