October Appointment 2015 for IBPS Part 1

RAM SEVAK SHARMA

RAM SEVEK SHARMA WAS appointed as the chairman of telecome regulator authority on india (TRAI). < He succeeded rahul khullar who had retired in may 2015./p>

Mr Sharma is also set to retire in sep 2015 as a secretary for department of electronics and information technology

RAM SEVEK is and IAS Officer of 1978 batch Jharkhand Cadre.

ASHISH BAHUGUNA

Mr. Bahuguna is appointed as the Chairman of food safety regulator food safety and standards authority of india (FSSAI). His tenure will be of three years and he succeeded K CHANDRAMOULI whose tenure ended in JANUARY 2015.

Since then the position was laying vacant and the health secretary bhan pratap Sharma was given the interim charge of chairman of FSSAI .

ATUL KESHAP

Indian – American Atul Keshap was appointed as the United States (US) Ambassdor to sri lanka and Maldives , Keshap had been an official at the US embassy in india.

HE IS currently working as Deputy Assistant Secretary Affairs Bureau of State Department
