October Appointment 2015 for IBPS Part 2

Prashant Pathrabe

Prashant Pathrabe was appointed as Interim Director of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). His appointment was approved by union information and broadcasting ministry

He will also continue to serve as the Director of Press Information Bureau unit in PUNE.

Patharabe succeeded incumbent Director DJ NARAIN who superannuated the office on JULY 4 2015

MAURICE OBSTFELD

White house economic Adviser Maurice Obstfeld was appointed as chief economist of international monetary fund ( IMF)

ONSTFELD, will succeed outgoing IMF economist OLIVIER BLANCHARD.

Also working on troubled rescue programs for Greece and Ukraine while keeping a close eye on the slowdown in the global economy

AJAY MATHUR

Ajay Mathur was appointed as the Director General of Energy and Resources Institute . His appointment was made by the TERI’s Governing council

He succeeded RK PACUAURI who was removed from the top most position over sexual harassment charges

Currently , Mathur is working as the director general of bureau of energy efficiency (BEE) of the union government
